As a Senior System Engineer—WorkdayReporting, I designed Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports for compensation and workforce reporting, using calculated fields to address business requirements.
For the Workday Advanced Compensation project, I developed and optimized merit and bonus process reports, including Merit Statements and AIC Reports aligned with HR COE compensation KPIs.
I also built audit reports for tenant clean-up and configured matrix and dotted-line org chart reporting with related domain security policies. I migrated reports through tenant environments using OX and followed peer review and change-control testing before production releases.
