I’m looking for a finance role where I can apply DCF/IRR valuation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and econometrics to support infrastructure or investment decisions—and learn from data-driven teams.

I’m a project finance and investment analytics intern with a strong quantitative mindset—turning large datasets into clear financial and policy insights. I’ve built valuation and feasibility models, run econometric analyses, and use scenario-based thinking to support practical decision-making.

In my Project Finance Intern role at GRJ Infrastructure, I modeled the financial viability of 8 government infrastructure tenders using DCF, stress-testing IRR thresholds and margin assumptions. I supported bid strategy and contributed to 5 of 8 tenders being awarded (70% success), while cost sensitivity analysis helped identify up to 310 bps margin compression under a 15% price shock. I also analyzed working capital across 13 contracts to improve liquidity planning and execution timelines.

Alongside this, I’ve developed strong research and analytics skills through real-estate research and equity research experiences. As a Real Estate Research Analyst, I produced highest-and-best-use valuation work (including a 96.7% valuation gap on a land parcel) and tracked cap-rate trends tied to Metro-driven yield shifts.
