I seek roles combining education leadership and data analysis where I can drive evidence-based improvements, mentor staff, and support measurable student and program outcomes.

I am an educator, administrator, facilitator and data analyst with over six years' experience in educational administrative management and data-driven decision making. I specialize in statistical analysis, visualization and impact assessment for social and humanitarian projects.

I've led school operations as Head of School and Vice Principal, managing curriculum, staff development, resource allocation and academic integrity while using assessment data to identify trends and improve student outcomes.

As a Junior Data Analyst, I supported cleaning and integrating large datasets, prepared stakeholder reports, and helped develop training materials to boost data literacy across teams.
