What I'm looking for

I am seeking a nursing role in acute care where I can apply critical care skills, contribute to process improvements, and work within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

I am a registered nurse with hands-on critical care experience in ICU, stepdown, observation, and emergency settings, and a strong background in behavioral support for people with mental and physical disabilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have implemented process improvements that reduced medication errors and improved patient outcomes while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

I bring experience in patient education, individualized care planning, and advocacy, and I have earned certifications including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and NIHSS.
