I'm currently shaping Shiji Daylight PMS at Shiji Poland, translating product and stakeholder needs into functional solutions across hotel property-management modules. I lead refinement, planning and reviews for the Housekeeping module, assess cross-system and microservices impacts, and contribute Product Owner decisions for selected initiatives.

Previously at Cloudflight, I delivered end-to-end analysis for a custom Commercetools e-commerce platform, from discovery through release. I defined functional specifications and REST integration requirements, created customer journeys and prototypes, supported Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud implementation, and coordinated backend, frontend, design and marketing teams.

At Comarch, I supported Comarch Loyalty Management implementations and platform maintenance, producing functional documentation, UML diagrams, SQL-based analysis, and REST and SOAP integration designs. I've also facilitated client workshops, validated requirements with delivery teams, and supported new team members.

I bring over six years of business analysis experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery, combining requirements analysis, BPMN/UML modelling, backlog management, API analysis and practical solution design.
