At Cogitate Technology, I architect policy and billing modules for a US insurance platform and build LLM-powered agents that use tool calling and retrieval over policy and claims data to support document handling, data extraction, and underwriting.
I work directly with US-based business stakeholders, translating insurance requirements into architecture, demoing increments, and resolving production issues in customer environments. I also lead and mentor backend and frontend developers and oversee code quality, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
At Unifynd Technology, I designed and implemented an event-driven Node.js architecture with RabbitMQ for loyalty transactions, rewards, and notifications. I also architected micro-frontends and backend macroservices for the loyalty platform.
Earlier, I built software for logistics, banking security, travel, CMS, ERP, and eCommerce. My work included shipment tracking integrations, secure banking authentication flows, travel booking platforms, and Laravel-based CMS and ERP solutions.
