I am looking for a job that offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where I can apply my skills in human resources management. I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to contribute to strategic decision-making, optimize operational activities, and provide excellent customer service.

I am a highly experienced Human Resources Assistant with over four years of experience in a professional, high-paced, and organized work environment. I graduated from Durban University of Technology with a diploma in Human Resources Management and I am currently studying towards my advanced diploma in Human Resources Management.

In my current role as a Human Resources Assistant (Intern) at Productivity South Africa, I have been responsible for various key tasks. In recruitment, I have successfully handled high-level position recruitment, including CEO, Executive Manager: Operations, Senior ER, Compliance & Governance Manager. I have ensured that all requisition forms are filled and signed by line managers and representatives, advertised positions, shortlisted candidates, and facilitated the interview process. I have also conducted case study interviews and facilitated verification and reference checks for successful candidates.

In terms of payroll, I am well-versed in using SAGE 300 and SAP Business One for over 110 employees. I have been responsible for tasks such as rolling over to the new pay period, adding and removing new and terminated employees, changing banking details, processing salary increases, and preparing payroll input sheets. I have also handled leave payouts, processed various reports, and managed invoices from service providers.

Additionally, I have served as a secretary in the Strike Management Committee, where I have taken minutes and resolutions of meetings, prepared strikers lists, engaged with executive managers, and written reports on strikes. I have also been involved in various administrative tasks, including scanning employee information for auditors, creating EXCO meeting files, drafting SLAs for service providers, and sending emails to employees for surveys and verifications.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong skills in training and development, performance management, employee relations, and program administration. I have designed training programs, identified skills gaps, and managed disciplinary cases at CCMA and in-house. I have also gained experience as an Acting Senior Program Administrator HR and as a Library Assistant at Durban University of Technology.

I am a strategic thinker with a focus on optimizing operational activities, driving sales, developing staff talents, and conducting research and analysis. I am proficient in various computer skills, including MS Office, Sage VIP, and QlikView. I possess strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
