Sandeep M

@sandeepm1

Founding Engineer at OUTBOX LABS who built event-driven provisioning and SaaS platforms for reseller email products.

At OUTBOX LABS, I led engineering for ColdMailReseller.com, Zapmail’s white-label B2B platform, owning its Node.js and PostgreSQL backend and reseller onboarding to the REST API.

I engineered event-driven provisioning workflows for domains, DNS, and Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. I also oversaw Clavis, an export microservice using Kafka to isolate failures from the core API.

I built DomainStack to integrate domain registrars and ReferralStack for affiliate tracking and payouts. I also designed a shared frontend architecture and improved page load time by 50% on ReachInbox.ai and MailVerify.ai. At OPENINAPP, I shipped creator-monetization features and optimized smart-link redirection to open links directly in native mobile apps.
