Sandeep Dontamsetty

I am a certified Veritas NetBackup engineer with extensive hands-on experience supporting heterogeneous, global environments and large-scale backup infrastructures. I focus on delivering reliable backup, restore and disaster recovery solutions for enterprise clients.

In my current role in Luxembourg I provide Level-3 support, configure backup policies, manage client additions and migrations, and troubleshoot clustered and high-availability environments using Veritas InfoScale. I routinely participate in Service Restoration Team activities and coordinate with data center teams and vendors.

Previously, I worked at Veritas Technologies’ Centre of Excellence supporting NetBackup and Flex Appliance lifecycles, advanced troubleshooting, NBAT assessments, catalog migrations and environment setup. I have also managed multi-master media-server accounts protecting thousands of clients including VMware, NDMP and flash backup workflows.

I hold a master’s degree and Veritas certifications (NetBackup 10.x and NetBackup Appliance 5.x). I am motivated to work in complex, growth-oriented environments where I can apply my technical skills to improve resilience and operational efficiency.
