I am a cogeneration plant engineer with 12+ years of experience operating and maintaining boilers, turbines and fuel handling systems across sugar and distillery industries. I have led shift operations, DCS-based troubleshooting, shutdown maintenance, planning, and plant efficiency improvement projects in India and East Africa.
I have worked as Shift Incharge and Senior Cogen Engineer on AFBC and travelling-grate boilers with Siemens and Triveni turbines (4–15 MW) and have overseen daily steam and power reporting, material planning, and implementation of plant modifications to boost reliability and performance.
