At Cargill India Pvt. Ltd., I serve as Boiler Supervisor and a member of the plant maintenance team, overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance alongside project execution. I also raise MOCs and punch SIFs in Enablon as the department’s Site Safety Champion.
I independently executed and analyzed a condensate recovery project that saves 8 MT of steam per day and contributed to a boiler efficiency improvement of up to 2.5%. I also led the RO and STP plant installation and commissioning; the RO system is complete and operational, and the STP is in commissioning.
For Project Tejas, I co-lead the new boiler installation project and personally led the safe dismantling and decommissioning of the old boiler with zero reported injuries or near-misses. I’m seeking a Plant or Factory Maintenance role where I can apply my utility maintenance, reliability, and safety-focused engineering experience.

Performed inventory reconciliation and stocktaking for the engineering store, implementing 5S practices to improve parts traceability. Processed material and spare-part orders through SAP, maintaining accurate BOM and SOP documentation.
