I am a dedicated co-generation captive power plant operator with over 6 years of hands-on experience managing operations and maintenance of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs and BOP systems in a high-capacity industrial setting. I focus on safe start-up, shutdown, synchronization and load management following SOPs and safety protocols.

I have practical commissioning and pre-commissioning experience with 2 x 125 MW GE gas turbines and multiple Siemens steam turbine units, and I routinely perform inspections, parameter logging, troubleshooting, vibration monitoring and generate reports such as heat rate, efficiency and plant load factor. I am proficient with GE MARK-VIe, Siemens PLC/DCS, SAP and use P&IDs, GA drawings and OEM manuals to verify engineering and functional readiness.

I prioritize HSE compliance and permit-to-work systems, train new operators and take extra responsibility for contractor coordination and preventive maintenance planning to ensure reliable, zero-incident plant operation and continuous performance improvement.
