I’m a results-driven Instrumentation Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting steel, cement, and captive power plant operations. In my current role, I handle instrumentation maintenance and shutdown planning while driving reliability and availability improvements.

From commissioning to preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance, I support field instrumentation across kiln and boiler systems, including WHRB and AFBC boiler environments. I’ve maintained and troubleshot Siemens SPPA-T3000, ABB 800xA, and Allen-Bradley PLC/DCS systems, and worked extensively with calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

I focus on practical process control and dependable instrumentation performance—covering control valves, transmitters, analyzers, weigh feeders, and specialized field equipment. I’m safety-conscious and bring strong shutdown execution, contractor coordination, and root-cause problem-solving to every maintenance plan.
