I’m a Risk and Compliance professional with seven years of experience across third-party risk, due diligence, sanctions, and regulatory compliance in complex global environments. I focus on translating risk findings into clear, executive-level decisions that strengthen controls and reduce material exposure.
At Verizon, I led due diligence for a major acquisition, assessing operational, regulatory, financial, reputational, and governance risks. I delivered executive-level risk assessments directly to senior Mergers and Acquisitions leadership to support transaction and integration decisions.
