As a Cybersecurity Analyst at CyBlack and Expadox, I worked in cybersecurity roles before joining CyberSOC Africa.
At OakCare, I configured and troubleshot VPN and private access solutions, including IPsec, WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IKEv2, resolving connectivity issues and maintaining secure access to internal resources.
I also diagnosed network and authentication issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. I investigated performance bottlenecks, supported VPN bandwidth allocation and traffic prioritization, and documented root causes to help resolve incidents and improve service reliability.
