At Lumos, I installed and maintained network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices, supporting secure, reliable day-to-day operations. I introduced monitoring, patching, and backup routines that improved system availability and reduced recurring incidents.
I provided Tier 1–3 support and managed escalations for hardware, software, and network issues. I also maintained IT asset records and coordinated procurement with vendors.
At ToluChambers, I supported the development and testing of internal applications. For my final-year project, I designed and built a network monitoring and inventory tool to track devices and alerts across campus computer labs.
