I’m a results-driven Medical Laboratory Officer and QMS Lead with 15 years of progressive experience across hospital, mission, and occupational health settings. I specialize in clinical diagnostics across haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, virology, serology, parasitology, and blood transfusion sciences—grounded in strong quality and accreditation practice.
My impact is built on ISO 15189 leadership and continuous improvement. I led AIC Kijabe Hospital to achieve ISO 15189:2012 KENAS accreditation as Biochemistry Lead & Deputy Quality Officer, and I’m currently driving ISO 15189:2022 alignment while leading 5S–CQI–TQM at Browns Plantations (K) Ltd.
I coordinate multi-partner laboratory programmes for HIV testing and disease surveillance, deliver CME training for multidisciplinary teams, and mentor interns and junior staff.
