What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote internship where I can apply my research and organizational skills to support an innovative AI team. I want hands-on collaboration, clear goals, and the chance to contribute through analysis, communication, and structured execution.

I’m a quantity surveying professional with a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying from Rivers State University, and I bring a detail-driven approach to project coordination, supervision, and analysis. I learn quickly, analyze data, and communicate clearly—whether I’m working with engineers and consultants or supporting a classroom full of learners.

In my Supervising Quantity Surveyor role, I supervise ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants for timely delivery. I monitor costs, measurements, and material usage, and I prepare interim valuations and reports—always focused on teamwork and solving problems in dynamic environments.

My experience also spans teaching and applied instruction. I planned and delivered lessons across Mathematics, English, Civic Education, Social Studies, Biology, Agricultural Science, Creative Arts, Computer Studies, and more, while assessing student progress and maintaining effective classroom management. Earlier, as a Quantity Surveyor Assistant / Intern at Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, I supported cost estimations, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, variations, and interim valuations, and I also delivered forex trading training that emphasized market analysis and analytical decision-making.
