Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in tendering, construction cost management, and budgeting. I have a good understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs, which has enabled me to prepare accurate take-offs, bills of quantities, and budgets. My adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry developments have been key to my success in this field.

In my current role, I lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget, while also preparing interim valuations and final accounts. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights through public speaking, aiming to educate and inspire others in the industry.
