I’m an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor focused on turning construction details into precise cost, documents, and controls. I’m seeking a Quantity Surveyor role where I can apply my expertise in cost estimating, budgeting, contract management, and cost control.
During my internship at Cyclotron Engineering Services (Lagos State), I supported engineering delivery by capturing and distributing detailed meeting minutes to ensure action-item accountability. I also sourced parts and materials for an offshore facility, compared prices, tracked shipments for prompt delivery, delivered HSE briefings, and contributed to zero reportable safety incidents.
More recently at the Ministry of Health (Akure, Ondo State), I’ve been preparing contract documents, performing site inspections, and producing site reports and progress updates. I also prepare Bills of Quantities and build up rates for works, while staying proactive about learning and applying risk-aware, detail-driven solutions.
