What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my academic knowledge and practical expertise to deliver high-quality, cost-effective construction projects, with a focus on improving cost control, risk management, and procurement processes.

At Real Executive Design, I prepared cost estimates from design drawings and specifications, took off quantities, and prepared Bills of Quantities and tender documents. I also monitored project expenditure and construction progress to help keep work within budget.

At Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority, I reviewed company profiles and Bills of Quantities for public construction projects, and conducted market surveys and site inspections. My current research focuses on efficiency in public procurement, including cost control, risk management, and procurement processes in construction.
