I am a quantity surveyor with hands-on experience in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents gained through industrial training and NYSC postings at NPDC and the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology. I collaborate with project teams to monitor progress, verify quantities on site, manage variations and claims, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining accurate project records.
I hold a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying and am pursuing an M.Tech in Quantity Surveying. I bring practical exposure to measurement and cost-analysis software, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning, travel, and professional networking to support successful construction projects.
