I am an experienced security and facilities professional with a background in building security, housing inspections, and field installations. I bring a practical, hands-on approach to ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality.

At Securitas I monitor and control entry/exit points, verify identification, and maintain detailed visitor and vehicle logs to protect property and people. Previously, as a Housing Inspector with the Department of Housing Preservation & Development, I conducted technical inspections, enforced housing and safety codes, responded to 311 complaints, and prepared detailed written reports.

My field experience includes electrical helper and smart meter installation roles where I supported electricians, ran wiring and cables, and accurately collected and recorded installation data using handheld AMI devices. I also have long-term experience installing residential and commercial Triple Play packages (TV, Internet, Phone) with Spectrum.

I am detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in customer service and communication. I hold a NYS Security Guard License and CPR certification, and I am proficient with Microsoft Office tools to document findings and communicate with teams.
