I am a dedicated, organized, and motivated professional with hands-on experience across security, customer service, and direct behavioral healthcare. I bring a strong work ethic and diplomatic skills to every team I join.

As a youth counselor and behavioral health technician, I monitored safety, observed body language, and applied conflict-resolution techniques to de-escalate incidents and support adolescents in residential care. I completed required regulatory documentation and worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safe environments.

In security roles I have overseen client and civilian safety in large facilities, used security control systems and emergency response protocols, and helped develop risk-management procedures. I have supervised small teams, trained staff, and hold multiple operational certifications including CPR, First Aid, forklift operation, and specialized handling training.

I also have practical warehouse and electrical apprenticeship experience—operating forklifts, managing inventory, performing wire pulling and low-voltage wiring, and maintaining power tools.
