What I'm looking for

I want to lead public-health programs that translate data into trauma-informed, stakeholder-aligned care—improving retention with EHR/CRM workflows while advancing equity through advocacy, policy insight, and measurable outcomes.

I’m a dual-master’s public health and public administration professional trained to turn evidence into action. In my MPH work, I analyzed social determinants of health in New York County and built an IRB-ready clinical research study design for fighting depression with canine therapy.

As a Program Service Specialist, I orchestrate multidisciplinary care coordination across primary care, pharmacy, and mental health services—especially for participants in trauma-impacted and substance use cohorts. I also strengthen retention by serving as the primary liaison, using personalized engagement strategies in high-stress settings, and I keep clinical workflows transparent by managing complex data through healthcare CRM/EHR platforms.

During my graduate public service internships, I developed statewide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and helped drive measurable engagement with 38–45% of the state’s minority population. I authored high-impact press releases and awareness materials using public health biostatistical data, and I led grant monitoring and training for new interns to support equitable resource allocation and mission alignment.

Before public service, I built strong clinical and operational foundations as a Hospital Pharmacist and pharmaceutical intern—counseling patients on medications and adverse effects, evaluating therapeutic equivalence, and maintaining controlled-substance logs. With registered pharmacist credentials and CITI IRB training, I bring an ethics-first mindset, data literacy, and stakeholder-focused execution to every program and project.
