I supported process training and guided junior team members on case handling and documentation. My experience also includes coordinating fax and documentation requirements while maintaining confidentiality and following healthcare procedures.

During my internship at Synergen Bio, I gained practical exposure to bioanalytical research SOPs, sample packaging and labeling, and clinical documentation workflows. For an academic project, I developed and evaluated a lip balm formulation using dragon fruit peel extract and mango seed butter.
