I've supported medication safety at Parul Sevashram Hospital by identifying and rectifying 100+ medication errors, reporting 10+ adverse drug reactions, and assisting physicians, residents, and nursing professionals with medication chart issues.

During rotations across Medicine, Gynac, Clinical Pharmacy, Surgery, and Emergency, I participated in ward rounds, prescription review, medication management, clinical documentation, DIC and CAPA activities, and patient counseling. At Cadila Pharmaceuticals, I assisted with patient screening, clinical trial protocol and SOP review, and learned study workflows, informed consent, subject enrollment, GCP, and regulatory documentation.

I'm a Pharm D graduate interested in clinical pharmacy and public health roles that improve patient care outcomes. I've also led health camps, coordinated Pharmacovigilance Week, and presented a Top 5 conference poster on chronotherapy in hypertension.
