What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can use guest-focused service, handle food preferences and allergies, and keep departments informed—growing through teamwork with clear expectations, working under minimum supervision, and meeting deadlines.

I completed courses including Basic Product knowledge and introduction to wine, an undergraduate Bachelor of Education in Arts at University of Arusha, and a hotel management course. I describe myself as innovative, creative, and Proactive, with the drive skills to motivate others.

From April 2022 to 2023, I worked as a Butler & Waiter at Nimali Africa (Nimali Tarangire Camp). I kept concerned departments informed about guest allergies and food preferences, provided a warm welcome and fond farewell, and handled guest requests by liaising with laundry, wake up call, and spa bookings.

I set up the restaurant according to the table plan, anticipated guest needs, and responded urgently and appropriately to concerns. I also worked under pressure to meet deadlines, prioritized my workload, collaborated well in teamwork, and stayed flexible to work with minimum supervision.
