I am seeking a full-time management role in food & beverage or hospitality operations that emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, product innovation, and stable employment to support my family while delivering measurable efficiency and quality improvements.

I am an accomplished food & beverage and operations leader with more than 25 years of executive culinary, hospitality, and operational management experience.

I have led multi-unit culinary operations for large hospitality groups and directed high-volume banquet and catering services, consistently achieving profitability targets. I oversaw menu development and staff training across restaurant and hotel casino environments.

In product development roles I led the Boston Market frozen meal program and collaborated with national brands such as Panda Express, directing large-scale production testing and quality assurance. At Las Vegas Rescue Mission I directed kitchens, security, thrift, and maintenance while delivering daily meal service for hundreds cost-effectively.

Most recently I manage wholesale and retail sales for a frozen raw pet food company, expanding distribution and ensuring product quality. I am seeking a full-time management role in food & beverage or hospitality operations where I can apply leadership, operational rigor, and product innovation to drive long-term success.
