What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a progressive role where I can apply my logistics, procurement, and audit/documentation expertise to keep supply chains efficient, ensure accuracy, and grow within an organisation that develops and uses talent effectively.

I’m a logistics and procurement professional with experience in defense material management, documentation control, and audit coordination within the Indian Navy and HAL environments. I’ve managed local purchase and hiring of services through GeM and GFR cases, liaised with audit/financial authorities for timely actions, and consistently supported smooth supply-chain flow.

I work end-to-end across procurement and post-contract activities—scrutinizing RFP/RFQ/quotations, vetting indents and purchase/service orders, preparing statements of case with technical specifications, and supporting contract extensions or short closures. I’m also responsible for inventory management (FIFO & LIFO), ERP-based record maintenance (SAP / INAMS and Marg ERP 9+), contingent bills in FIS, and quality control checks for aero engine and allied defense equipment.
