At LegalPlace, I lead a 10-person development team organized into three squads. I contributed to the post-acquisition merger with LegalStart and redesigned Salesforce synchronization, reducing API calls from 1M per day to 30k while moving to real-time sync.

I scoped and implemented the business-domiciliation product, helped roll out 2FA and FranceConnect, and integrated OpenAI and AWS Textract for legal-document processing. Earlier at LegalPlace, I migrated the French Vehicle Registration System from PHP to Node.js and built its React back office.
