I’m a Senior Implementation Engineer and Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end IDIT Sapiens implementations for P&C insurance clients. I bring deep technical expertise across Policy Administration, Claims, Finance, GL Mapping, Underwriting Rules, Rating & Pricing, RI, and Document modules.

I’ve worked across the full product lifecycle—from greenfield builds and live UK production projects to post-production support. I lead solution design through configuration, testing, and production rollout while ensuring delivery quality across complex insurance requirements.

In my most recent role (Senior Implementation Consultant | Sapiens International), I led end-to-end Finance module revamps on IDIT Sapiens and managed and mentored a team of 7–8 consultants. I also served as the primary point of contact for client escalations, production incidents, and cross-functional coordination, and I was recognized as Outstanding Employee of the Year (2023).

Earlier, I configured and launched 12+ P&C insurance products from scratch, supported live projects with incident management and regulatory compliance, and mentored 10 junior engineers through knowledge transfer. I’m especially drawn to Agile/Scrum collaboration and building reliable, scalable insurance configurations that stand up in production.
