At Infosys limited, I managed AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments, administering services including EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and EBS. I also assisted with Google Cloud Platform resources and monitoring.
On the Infosys Internal Cloud Infrastructure Modernization project, I provisioned and maintained Linux-based EC2 instances, configured AWS networking and IAM, and supported application deployments. I used shell scripting to automate monitoring, backups, and housekeeping tasks.
For Molina HealthCare and Hudson Valley Credit Union, I supported Microsoft 365 migrations involving Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. I performed post-migration checks, troubleshot end-user Outlook issues, remediated SharePoint sites, and created Power Automate workflows.
