At Eightfold AI, I own CodexCLI, an agentic support-automation platform that autonomously debugs production issues using RAG, code discovery, and generated diagnostic scripts. It handles 70% of inbound support tickets, while automated customer replies and multi-turn follow-ups achieve 85% accuracy through LLM-as-judge evaluation.

I designed a verification-driven multi-agent workflow where an auditing agent identifies uncovered angles and triggers targeted re-runs. This helped move the product from a clustering prototype with 5% coverage toward production, while I also own LLM-integrated components including knowledge-base RAG and sentiment analysis reports.

Previously at Zeta, I managed microservices deployed through Kubernetes and ArgoCD, serving up to 2 million transactions per day and more than 250,000 active users. I built Spring Boot services handling up to 4.5 million requests daily for promotional offers and processing up to 100,000 messages per hour for bulk communications and notifications.

I also bring experience from Amazon, where I improved alarm reliability with anomaly-detection-based dynamic thresholds and migrated Hadoop scripts to Apache Spark. I enjoy solving challenging systems problems, from backend APIs and distributed services to agentic AI workflows.
