At Medtronic, I developed and optimized standard work for a supplier transfer program, reducing standard project baseline timelines by an average of 2 months. The implementation also improved organizational health and system usability survey results.
At Illumina, I owned the Equipment Lifecycle Management program covering more than 3,500 engineering assets, alongside calibration and onboarding programs. I established KPIs and developed a five-year roadmap, and served as a lead audit representative and CAPA owner.
I planned and executed an equipment transition for a new 133,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, relocating, validating, and calibrating approximately 2,000 pieces of equipment while maintaining production continuity. The move finished ahead of schedule and under budget, with no product lost from 100 cold-storage units containing approximately $40M of product.
My earlier work at Illumina and Biotechnique / PSC Biotech included equipment commissioning, validation, calibration, quality-system documentation, and test-method development in regulated environments. I hold a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
