What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to use my educational background, communication skills, and professional experience while contributing through strong work ethic, teamwork, leadership, and a willingness to learn and grow.

At IDEA Public Schools, I provide instruction and support to elementary students, prepare lesson plans and materials, and communicate with students, families, coworkers, and school leadership.

Previously, I handled emergency and after-hours calls at SOHO Communications, dispatching technicians for urgent medical-office and apartment-maintenance situations. I also supported patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Surgical Orthopedic Unit at The Hospitals of Providence.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring experience in customer retention, classroom management, emergency communications, teamwork, and relationship building.
