What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can build production-grade APIs and own incident investigation for distributed systems, partnering with engineering and ops to improve reliability, reduce repeat failures, and ship secure, scalable features.

I’m a Backend Software Engineer with hands-on production experience at Noon, one of MENA's largest e-commerce platforms. I specialize in investigating and resolving live logistics incidents across distributed systems—tracing shipment failures across TPL, LMS, and Platform layers to identify root causes and write corrective SQL.

I’ve handled an average of 40 production incidents per month, working through an active TPL-LMS system decoupling while debugging cross-system state mismatches in real time. I re-triage escalations to pinpoint whether the root cause is a backend bug, ops/config issue, or third-party carrier failure, and I maintain an internal knowledge base of recurring incident patterns to speed up future investigations.

I independently build production-grade APIs using Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker, with a strong focus on secure API design and reliability. I enjoy working closely with engineering and operations teams to align on shipment lifecycle behavior and reduce repeat escalations.
