At Al-Madrasa Al-Takamulia, I worked as a special education specialist, overseeing early intervention and ensuring policies and procedures were followed. I assessed new cases, followed children’s annual plans, and supported mothers of children with special needs, including children with autism.
In earlier roles, I supervised early intervention work and staff training, provided psychological support to mothers, and monitored an art therapy project for children with special needs. I also have experience in psychological and family counseling, administrative operations, and preparing educational materials.
