I am a doctorate-qualified finance academic with a Ph.D. in Finance from Banaras Hindu University and UGC-NET & JRF qualification. My research focuses on financial markets, IPO performance, market efficiency, and the influence of social media on investor behaviour.
I have published in peer-reviewed and UGC-CARE/ABDC-indexed journals and contributed a book chapter on research methodology. My work includes empirical studies, bibliometric analyses, and systematic reviews, with presentations at national conferences including IIM Calcutta and IIM Kashipur.
During my doctoral studies I delivered undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Financial Management, Business Finance, Financial Services, Securities Market Operations, Company Law, and Auditing. I have practical exposure through a winter internship in channel financing at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. and volunteer teaching experience.
I am proficient with SPSS, E-Views, R, and NVivo, and I actively pursue faculty development through workshops and FDPs to strengthen my teaching and research. I am seeking Assistant Professor positions in Commerce, Finance, and Management at reputed institutions.
