At Sir Padampat Singhania University, I teach and research management, including Corporate Finance, FinTech, Insurance, and Econometrics. My research and case studies have appeared in publications and repositories including Emerald, IVEY Publishing, and Stanford University Libraries; my case study on Redplum’s expansion plan received Emerald’s best case award.

I’ve published research on financial literacy, sustainable management, blockchain, and technology adoption, and I guide Ph.D. scholars in management research. I also established SPSU The Foundry Foundation (Entrepreneurship Cell) as a Section 8 Company.
