I've supported cloud deployments and production troubleshooting at Maxgen Technologies Pvt. Ltd., managing applications across AWS and Azure with secure, highly available configurations.

I designed and maintained Jenkins and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines that improved deployment reliability and reduced release time by approximately 30%. I've resolved 20+ infrastructure and deployment issues within SLA timelines, analyzed production outages, and implemented preventive measures through root cause analysis.

I work hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, VPCs, VNets, subnets, NSGs, security groups, Azure Monitor, and log analysis. I also diagnose DNS, connectivity, networking, and security-related issues to improve system stability and operational readiness.

I'm building further depth in cloud security, identity management, threat monitoring, and GenAI automation, including an AI agent chatbot built with OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
