For Alevate products, I’ve worked on retention and navigation improvements, simplifying workflows so users can complete tasks with fewer clicks and less effort.

At Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, I led UI/UX coordination for the customer portal and helped launch the new website. I also worked with the IT team to identify and resolve 300+ UI bugs.

Earlier, I contributed to marketing and social media campaigns at Immunefi and redesigned the MPL US online gaming app website at MPL - Mobile Premier League. My work spans enterprise SaaS, fintech, mobile, design systems, and end-to-end product workflows.
