At Deloitte USI, I delivered legal business support for Contract Lifecycle Management engagements, including contract review, clause redlining, and template management. I also analyzed legacy agreements to support contract abstraction, standardization, and migration into enterprise CLM environments.
I managed migration, mapping, and integration of legacy contracts across Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and SAP Ariba, working with stakeholders to address system, data, and contract-related issues. Earlier, I provided legislative research support at the Office of Member of Parliament and completed legal research and case brief work with the ADR & IBC Committee, FTCCI.
