I seek an entry-level role in sales, CRM, marketing, or operations at a growth-oriented company where I can apply my customer-centric skills, learn, and contribute to business development.

I am an undergraduate student at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (2022–2025 expected), with hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and CRM. I combine academic knowledge in market analysis and sales strategy with practical retail and e-commerce operations experience.

In retail roles I assisted customers, managed product displays, conducted inventory checks, processed POS transactions, and supported promotional activities to drive sales and customer satisfaction. At Chaldal.com I supported operations and supervised associates to ensure efficient order processing and timely deliveries.

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Offshore Staffing Solution, I handled inbound and outbound calls, maintained client relationships, resolved issues, and used CRM tools to manage customer records and feedback. My involvement in university clubs and events, including organizing the ULAB International Short Film Festival and multiple campus festivals, strengthened my leadership and teamwork abilities.
