Sai yashwanth Dasari

I’m a B.Tech graduate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (2021–2025) with hands-on experience building production-grade RESTful APIs. I focus on backend architecture, database optimization, and asynchronous systems, using strong OOP design patterns to keep services clean and scalable.

As a Software Engineer Intern (Dec 2024–April 2025), I built 15+ Django REST Framework APIs for survey creation, response collection, and analytics. I also developed a responsive admin panel with real-time dashboards, cutting manual report generation effort and improving workflow efficiency.

I’m especially proud of performance and security work: I optimized MySQL queries for 40% faster response times and implemented JWT authentication with role-based access control across admin, manager, and respondent roles. I’ve also built testable services with pytest (90%+ coverage on multiple APIs) to keep reliability high as features grow.

Across projects, I’ve combined modern backend engineering with AI enablement—like an AI-powered medical chatbot using an OpenRouter API and LangChain, plus systems like an async web crawler and FastAPI-based file sharing. I’m excited to integrate machine learning capabilities into scalable backend platforms that are dependable, secure, and built for real-world usage.
