I’m a results-oriented Azure Data Engineer with 4+ years architecting, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance cloud-based data solutions. I focus on building reliable ETL and data pipeline systems that help teams move from raw data to actionable insights.

At Merkle Clouds (Jul 2021–Present), I spearheaded cloud data solutions using Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake Storage to support seamless integration and scalability across the bank’s data architecture. I designed and optimized end-to-end ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, then led the migration of legacy pipelines to Azure Synapse Analytics to improve query and reporting performance.

I’ve implemented real-time processing with Azure Stream Analytics and Azure Event Hubs, enabling efficient near-real-time reporting from multiple sources. I also built Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions by integrating Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse, so business stakeholders can access clear, decision-ready metrics.

Security and governance are central to my approach: I implemented robust data security using Unity Catalog and Azure Monitor to enhance governance, ensure compliance, and provide granular data access control. I automate complex workflows with Azure Logic Apps, perform performance tuning for Azure SQL Database, and contribute documentation in Jira and Confluence, including collaboration on Microsoft Fabric implementation.
