At Phenom, I architected an agentic chatbot for an intelligent conversational career site, using LangGraph to orchestrate multi-agent workflows and Langfuse for observability. I also architected an event-driven AI fraud detection system that combines biometric matching and behavioral analysis with real-time signals.

I’ve modernized Phenom’s chatbot management platform from Angular 4 to Angular 18 and worked on production infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm. I also mentored a cross-functional team in NestJS, Angular, and Python/FastAPI.
