I am a passionate and result-oriented Human Resource Generalist with around 3 years of experience in managing and coordinating human resource functions. My expertise lies in talent acquisition, business partnering, operations, and employee relations.
At Mutual Mobile, a Grid Dynamics Company, I currently serve as a Human Resource Generalist. In this role, I am responsible for business partnering, post onboarding connects, ongoing people connect, retention and exit conversations, and ensuring general employee well-being. I also facilitate catchup sessions and huddles with the leadership, as well as provide monthly updates and maintain accurate data around all stages of recruitment.
Prior to this, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant at QX Global Group. During my time there, I sourced talent through various channels, engaged in client-candidate relationship management, and handled end-to-end recruitment for positions in the IT industry. I have extensive experience in talent mapping, candidate engagement, and salary negotiation.
