I'm looking to build production AI systems that improve reliability, automate enterprise workflows, and deliver measurable operational outcomes alongside cross-functional engineering and SRE teams.

At Lumen Technologies, I build enterprise AIOps and Generative AI systems that automate incident triage, event correlation, dependency analysis, and ticket operations across telecommunications platforms. My FastAPI services and Vertex AI workflows reduced manual triage by about 30 minutes per workflow while improving reliability for SRE and support teams.
