What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Business Analysis or Data Analytics roles where I can bridge business requirements and technology, build reporting and dashboards, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

I've supported SAP Managed Cloud Delivery at Tata Consultancy Services, leading two parallel teams of 42 members across SAP Focused Run, LVM, and CAM operational and support functions.

I coordinated resource planning, task allocation, stakeholder calls, performance reporting, incident escalations, and root cause analysis. I also mentored team members and drove process improvement through documentation and knowledge-sharing.

Earlier at TCS, I provided technical support for SAP Solution Manager environments, investigated incidents with global SAP customers, and supported migration from SAP Solution Manager 7.1 to Focused Run 7.2.

I'm now building on that structured IT and leadership background through SQL Server, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Statistics, and R Programming, creating inventory, supply chain, sales performance, and customer analytics dashboards.
